In this workshop, Amanda will travel to your home (travel fee may apply) and provide all of the ingredients you’ll need for class, you’re in charge of the wine. She will teach you and your guests how to make a drool-worthy charcuterie board that will impress your friends and even your mother-in-law! You will learn the basics of cheese selection, slicing techniques, how to fold salami, shopping pointers for future boards and other tips and tricks of the trade. Also included is a disposable palm leaf platter, a honey jar and a honey dipper.
The price of the class is:
$75.00 per person for less than 10 people.
$70.00 per person for more than 10 people.
